Fables de Florian published in Limoges by Chez Barbou in 1836.  This features the fables of Jean- Pierre Claris de Florian as well as poetic works and illustrations drawn from biblical scripture. This volume is a treasure for collectors of 19th century French literature or biblical inspired art! 
Condition: Wear along the edges, but in remarkably good condition for its age. Measures 5.5" x 3.5".
